Attach photographs of the part and of what it fits against. Files such as STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ, and PDF are all welcome.

What to include

  • What the part must do.
  • The measurements it must meet, in millimetres or inches.
  • The quantity: one piece, a set, or a small run.
  • Where it will be used, and whether it is decorative or load-bearing.
  • Your shipping address in the USA, so the quote can include shipping.

What happens next

  1. We read the details and ask about anything missing.
  2. You receive a written quote: price, material, finish, and lead time.
  3. You approve it, and the work is scheduled and printed.

See the process for the full sequence.

Before you write

  • There is no order form and no online checkout. Orders are arranged by email, and the quote is the agreement.
  • We ship to addresses in the USA. Ask about anywhere else before assuming.
  • We do not take on a part that must carry a person or hold pressure; see the limits on the design page.
  • Personal data you send is used to answer you and to make your order, and for nothing else.

Questions we ask most

Do you print single pieces?

Yes. A one-off is a normal order, and there is no minimum quantity.

Can you copy a part I send you?

Where the design is yours to reproduce, yes. You are responsible for having the right to reproduce it.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is quoted with the order, to your address in the USA, rather than fixed on this site.

How long will it take?

The quote states the lead time for your order, based on its size, material, and the work already in the queue.
